Castle Forbes can only produce the Neroli in exclusive, limited batches as 1,000 kilos of blossom petals are needed to extract only one kilo of precious oil. The bitter orange tree blossoms can only be picked by hand from late April until early May each year, making it one of the most valuable essential oils.
