Very nice

Light scent, and not at all the sandalwood fragrance I remember from the burning sandalwood incense that pervaded my beatnik aunt's apartment. Wonderful rich lather providing excellent glide with a Paradigm SE Razor with Feather Pro blade. No burn at all when alum bar applied. Skin feels very good after shaving. My favorite creams are the St. James brand, but this Castle Forbes cream is so good as to be almost indistinguishable from them. Castle Forbes gives you more product than St. James (200g vs 150g) with a price difference of about 6 cents a gram with St. James being the less expensive. This cream will be firmly established in my ongoing rotation.

Good stuff

Smells more like cedar than sandalwood, which I like. The cream itself is extremely rich, soft and lubricating.
