Fatip razors are made in Italy and are a huge step up from Merkur or Edwin Jagger razors. Rather than using zamak as the base metal like most entry level double edge razors, Fatip uses brass like early Gillette razors used. Plated in Chrome, these razors are as durable as the are good looking.

The open comb version of the Fatip is a relatively aggressive razor that is up to the task of easily mowing down multiple days growth. If you like aggressive razors, you need an open comb Fatip in your quiver.
