The Shield Stomper is CNC machined out of Titanium and is designed to use half of a DE blade. Weighing in at only 68g, it is light and nimble. I would characterize it as a mild razor but not at all in a bad way. The nice thing about the wet shaving industry is that there are different tools for different jobs. For example, Slant razors are great for mowing down multiple days worth of stubble and an artist club razor is perfect for handling a tough wiry beard.
