The Ascender Eagle was designed and produced by Ross Hjelmgren -the original machinist and a chief designer of Paradigm razors. Made in the heartland of America near St. Paul Minnesota, the Eagle is destined to be a collectors piece. From the intricate knurling pattern to the subtly tapered handle, the razor definitely has a "wow" factor about it. The shave itself can best be categorized as mid aggressive with a slightly blade forward design. There is definitely a bit of blade feel but nothing that is distracting or uncomfortable. This run of 100 razors is expected to be ready by early April...we are just waiting for the packaging to be ready.
