Gillette Platinum DE Blades -Box of 50 Blades
We just received a shipment of Gillette Platinum DE blades from the St. Petersburg plant in Russia. These blades are supposedly exactly the same as the legendary and vintage Gillette Swede blades that you have heard so much about.
The blades are incredibly sharp, smooth, comfortable and durable. They are probably a touch less sharp than Feather blades but -they are infinitely smoother and more durable.
Sold in boxes of 50, these blades are hard to come by. Be sure to grab some while we can still get them.

Gillette platinum are worth the hype, these blades give me a bbs shave. Sharp and very smooth, these are now my go to blade.
The Gillette Platinum Blades give me a smooth, no drag, or catch shave. I think they are sharper than PolSilvers and more comfortable than Feathers.
I get three good shaves out of each blade and could likely get five (at the outside).
Thanks Mr. Huntsinger for the great service.
I agree with the reviews of this blade: Aggressive without being quite as sharp as the Feather and capable of providing a smooth and comfortable shave. I normally discard a blade after one, or at the most two, shaves. However, I would be hard pressed to state unequivocally that this Gillette blade is always better than a shave rendered by the Astras or Polsilvers. There are so many variables that will affect a given shave experience and without any logical way of controlling the variables opinions are simply opinions and not gospel. I sometimes wonder whether or not there are indeed any great differences between blades which in many instances may be fabricated at the same plant using the same equipment. One can only hope that the advertised differences in the raw materials are indeed true. Forgive me for being skeptical and recall the Barnum statement that "A sucker if born every day". Note of course that the good folks at Bull Goose Shaving only sell the blades and have nothing at all to do with the manufacture or claims. Have your wife or significant other load your razor with a blade that is unknown to you and have her keep the record of the blade that is used. Record your opinion and keep such private. After two weeks take a look at the list and confirm that this blade is always definitely better. If you've time let us know your findings....if you know that you are using a blade that is twice as expensive the shave simply MUST be better....but is it?
Great blades, very sharp and smooth. I found them to a bit more aggressive in my Rocnel vs my Rex. I would highly recommend you grab a box and take them for a test drive 👍🏼
I wish I could be dishonest and say these blades are terrible, so there will be more for me. Like many, I've seemingly tried 90%+ of the blades available. No doubt sharp, incredibly smooth and simply perfect for me. I've tried all 7 o'clock series as well as Silver Blues. The Platinum's are the best, a statement I made formerly about the Silver Blues. These blades are as smooth as Green 7 o'clock's, slightly sharper than silver Blue's. A killer combination. It really is.
